Another busy week, but I managed to swing a vacation day on Friday! It was a nice mental rest for my tired brain after several nonstop weeks of busier-than-usual work.

The weeks are just flying by now. I can't keep up 😅 More than halfway through February?? That doesn't seem right!

Anyway, I was tired most of the week and had a bout of vertigo that wasn't fun, so I spent a lot of time reading (as you'll see in the fic recs section of this post lol). But overall, it was a decent week.

I had a rough start to the week, but then I started feeling better again, so hopefully it stays that way. In other news, we had a tropical storm move through on Friday and Saturday and it dumped about 5 inches of rain here. But it's been dry lately, so the rain was welcome.

Still not well yet, but feeling a bit better at the moment. This summary is gonna be so short, I'm not even going to put it under a cut. I've just been too out of sorts to do much of anything this week.

Still listening to Star Trek podcasts and watching Kuuga and Timeranger. (I think at the rate I'm going, I might end up finishing both series before I get to write any standalone posts about them... 😔)

The only music I have this week is HSJ's weekly video. It's a concert performance of School Girl. I love this song because it's so fun and upbeat. I'm baffled that they chose this performance, however, because it doesn't include most of the fun choreography. They've done this at other concerts that would have been more entertaining to share. But I can't complain too much because now I can conveniently listen to this song on YouTube now whenever I want.

Lastly, work reveals are happening over at pod_together! My collab with bluedreaming will be revealed on Tuesday. I think it turned out really well 🥰 Go check out the rest of the works too, continuing until September!
