Merry Christmas Eve to those who celebrate! 🎄🎄🎄 I have three fun Christmas recs to share:

Firstly, I need everyone to know there's an official Christmas version of the old 4Kids Yu-Gi-Oh theme song. It's called "It's Time to Yule" and it's exactly the same as the original song except they added 🎄~handbells~🎄😂

It's just so funny to me. I listen to it multiple times every year. You can check it out on YouTube here

Secondly, yesterday a friend sent me this funny Star Trek TNG video, carefully edited so the characters are singing "Let it Snow" (or rather, "Make It So" here). It's very cute. The person who made it clearly spent a LOT of time on it. The bit with Wesley made me cackle. You can check it out on YouTube here

And lastly, I want to rec "Tokyo Godfathers" as a Christmas Eve movie to watch. It's not specifically a Christmas film, but it does begin on Christmas Eve, so I count it 😁 It was written and directed by the late great Satoshi Kon.

The plot is basically three homeless people find an abandoned baby, and then go on an adventure to reunite the baby with her family. A lot of things happen along the way! It's a very weird and lovely movie. (I should mention a content note for a character briefly threatening suicide)

It's available on Tubi! (And probably elsewhere, but Tubi is what I have access to.)

Somehow, I have a lot to share from this past week, so let's just get right to it.

We had a hurricane roll through this week. Well, it was just a tropical storm by the time it got here, but the main thing is that it rained a lot and the whole week was downright dreary.

A lot of other things also made this a pretty terrible week, but thankfully there were a few highlights too.

I made it through another stressful week, and now I think my schedule is finally back to normal 🤞 I have celebrated this weekend by buying a milkshake I didn't need 😂 and now I'm enjoying the sound of a nice light rain on this Sunday afternoon.
