seasonsofdrabbles , so I can now share my wrap up post! This was definitely a really fun round 🥰
My gifts
I received so many lovely gifts this time. More than double what I usually receive, so I'm extra grateful! There are so many of my favorite fandoms, ships, and tropes here:
☆ an ode (Yu Yu Hakusho, Hiei/Kurama) (Kurama cooks a meal for Hiei)
☆ Lighten (Yu-Gi-Oh, Malik/Ryou) (Ryou visits Malik in Egypt)
☆ One Bed, One Problem (Kamen Rider Ryuki, Ren/Shinji) (there was only one bed!!! Written bylinky 🥰)
☆ finally giving a gift in person (Kamen Rider Kuuga, Godai/Ichijou) (a reunion!)
☆ Farewell, and Thank You (Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood, Al & Winry) (a heartfelt moment with Al's old armor) (written by my friend Meg)
☆ Senet (Yu-Gi-Oh, Ryou/Yugi) (they play an old board game together)
☆ Sharing for Cheap (Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood, Ed/Ling) (there was only one bed here too!!!)
☆ Princes Don't Get Discounts (Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood, Ed/Ling) (an AU where Ed is a baker)
☆ alright (Yu Yu Hakusho, Shizuru/Botan) (Shizuru says yes to a date)
My fics
I managed to write six fics this time. There were a lot of good requests and I felt inspired 😅
☆ At the intersection of arguments and missteps (Yu-Gi-Oh, Ishizu & Rishid) (this person put Time Loops in their request, so I couldn't resist writing this idea. Angsty with a hopeful ending)
☆ "Several things happened" (Fruits Basket, Kyou & Hatsuharu) (wrote this for my friend Meg because we'd talked recently about how fun Hatsuharu is as a character)
☆ The ocean breeze (Kamen Rider Kuuga, Godai/Ichijou/Tsubaki) (had to write this forlinky because I'm so intrigued by this polyship! Plus Ichijou 👏 deserves 👏 vacation 👏) (I'd like to publicly thank my middle school health teacher for making us memorize all the bones in the body every year because I didn't even have to look up feet bones for that Tsubaki line. I unfortunately just remembered 😂)
☆ The healing power of tea (Kamen Rider Ryuki, Ren & Yui) (why am I the first one to use the Ren & Yui relationship tag on ao3??? 😭)
☆ Dinner plans (Pretear, Himeno/Hayate) (I was so excited to see that someone else in the universe has watched Pretear! I couldn't resist writing something)
☆ Astronomy Lessons (and other ways to fall in love) (Avatar the Last Airbender, Yue/Katara) (nothing will stop me from writing as many Yuetara AUs as possible 😂)
