June '26 writing goals

Happy Pride month! I hope everyone gets to read, write, create, or enjoy something queer this month 💜

Anyway, let's see how May's goals turned out...

Well it could have been worse 😂

1) finish the Zukka WIP I started in January

Failure! It remains buried in my phone notes. Whoops...

2) toku drabbles

Success! I did manage to write two before the toku100challenge drabblethon ended. I had plans for more, but I'll just do them whenever my brain is in drabbling mode again.

3) write a crossover fic

Okay, this really was supposed to be "start a crossover fic." I just realized I mistyped it last month. Anyway, I haven't started the actual writing yet for my intoabar assignment, but I have been reviewing canon and brainstorming a plot that I'm happy with. So I'm gonna half-count it.

And now, some goals for June:

1) finish the Zukka WIP I started in January

I'm serious! I'm gonna keep putting it on the list until I shame myself into finishing it 😂 it's so close to being done!!

2) work on the crossover fic

It's due by July 5, so I just need to focus! (Focus is so hard to come by these days)

And that's it! I will probably work on other stuff (and probably sign up for pod_together) but I'm not gonna set official goals for them. Not when my brain is not fully in writing mode right now.

P.S. Unrelated to goals, but I noticed that I'm only 5 fics away from 400 total posted on ao3. Neat!
