How'd we get through April so fast?! I feel like I didn't have time to write anything! (Other than drabbles lol)

Last month's goals are here.

Let's see how I did...

Terrible 😂 I didn't complete a single goal.

1) finish my Girls Remix exchange fic

Failure! But in my defense, it was so close to being a success lol. I really only have a few paragraphs left to write (then the usual editing). And I plan to do that this weekend. (So I'm not even going to put it in May's goals.)

The fic turned out a bit longer than I expected, so I'm actually quite happy with it.

2) finish the Zukka WIP I started in January

Failure! I really have no excuse for not finishing this other than it's currently buried in my phone notes and I just never dug it out to finish it up. Whoops

3) hanami fics

Failure! I'm thinking this just isn't the year for me to write hanami fics. Thankfully, the ideas don't expire. I can just do them next year instead.

Let's figure out what to write this month:

1) finish the Zukka WIP I started in January

I'm just gonna keep putting this on the list until it happens!!

2) toku drabbles!

toku100challenge is hosting a drabblethon until May 15 (for 3 Weeks for Dreamwidth) and I definitely want to write some! (Thankfully I'm already in drabble mode because I wrote stuff for

seasonsofdrabbles this week)

3) write a crossover fic

intoabar is opening signups on May 3 and I'm gonna sign up this year. I skipped last year because I was too indecisive, but I've already planned out which character to start with and what fandoms to sign up with. I'm excited! I think it'll be good for me to write some obscure crossover again that no one else will read 😂

I think these three goals will be good to focus on for May. I may try to poke at some longer WIPs but we'll see how busy work gets.
