LIST THREE (or more) THINGS YOU LIKE ABOUT YOURSELF. They don’t have to be your favorite things, just things that you think are good.
There are a few things I can think of that I'm proud about 🥰
1) I'm proud of how I have developed my writing skills over the years. My job requires writing daily, and that's my favorite part about it. And I've managed to be able to find balance between work writing and fun writing so that I can still enjoy my favorite hobby too.
2) This is a mostly useless skill, but I am very good at remembering people's birthdays. (I say useless because the birthdays I remember best are actually classmates from elementary school who I am no longer in contact with 😅)
3) I appreciate my persistence. If at first you don't succeed, try, try, try, try, try again! (Yeah, that's an O'Neill quote from SG-1) Persistence is how I've been able to pick myself up after every disappointment, and it helps to keep myself going.
