Offline life: every time I feel like my mental health is on track, something else happens. I started my annual Fruits Basket reread recently which is what I usually do when I'm this depressed.

I did see a juvenile bald eagle this week. The first one I've spotted in months. And I was able to have dinner on the porch twice this week, which was nice.

That's it. I'm just shouting into the void but I'm still wishing everyone a nice week ahead

It’s been too long since I talked to you! Things have been chaotic on my end with a house renovation but it’s no excuse. I’m sorry that things haven’t been going so well! (Sends you lots of hugs)

A bald eagle! That’s so neat. It reminds me of when my sibling was dropping me off and our little neighborhood herd of deer was napping on the neighbours’ front lawn under the coniferous trees, so I tiptoed up the path so as not to disturb them. It was a magical moment (I always feel a little blessed when the deer sleep on or near our house at night ♡ )

Eating on the porch sounds so nice! We are still in the dregs of mud and sand and cold. 😂

An annual fruits basket reread sounds nice! I don’t do that with furuba, but I have a few stories I like to revisit on a regular basis (but not too regular since I don’t want to wear it out).

I'm always excited to see a bald eagle because they're just so unbelievably BIG! One day I hope I can photograph one. Aww, I love that deer story. I'm sure they appreciated you not disturbing their sleep 😊

Eating on the porch was nice... but the pollen has unfortunately given me some sort of sinus infection thing. So I am taking a temporary break from the porch 😩😅 I hope y'all get a break from the cold soon!

It's always nice to have those kinds of stories to revisit when needed 😊
