September '24 writing goals

Back again for the monthly writing goals post! September edition 🍂

August's post is here

How did my August goals turn out?

Pretty good, honestly! I've surprised myself 😂

1) write something for fandomgiftbasket

Success! Well, sorta. I didn't finish the fic yet, but I am working on one right now! So I think this counts as a win

2) write something for femslashfete

Success! Still having a blast with this! It's really gotten me to write more than I expected this year, and for some ships I never really had the opportunity to write for before

3) work on any WIPs

Success! Did I finish any of them? No! But one is now 99 percent done, and I've moved forward a little on a few others.

So, all in all, not a bad month. Especially considering that my mental health wasn't in the best shape in August. But at least I was able to keep writing!

And now for September's goals:

I'm gonna be overly ambitious this time. Even though work may be too busy for me to do a lot of writing, I wanna try anyway.

1) write an Ultraman Arc fic; write an Ultraman Blazar fic

I really want to write some stuff for both of these fandoms since I had so much fun watching them! I can write fics for the Tokusatsu Ficathon as well as toku100challenge

2) work on some Halloween fics

I have some ideas for the holiday~! But if I don't start on them early, I probably won't finish in time. So we'll see what I can get done this month 🤞

3) sign up for ladiesbingo

I didn't succeed with this last year. But I'm not sick this year, so I have higher hopes!! Plus I feel like maybe I can be a little less indecisive this time. Maybe!

4) actually finish one of my WIPs!!

Surely, I can do this!! I'm being really optimistic!!

I probably had more ideas this month, but I can't think of any more now 😂 so this is good enough

I really hope I can do something for femslashfete sometime soon. (But at least I've been able to write some femslash via the sapphic summer ficathon on here!) I also need to get back to work on what I've been doing for fandomgiftbasket soon too. I also really want to do something for the toku ficathon as well and toku100challenge. It's been exciting seeing what people make for both!

Good luck to you! Glad you've had fun with the sapphic summer ficathon 😊 it feels like the time has flown by too fast for fandom giftbasket, even though there's still like 2 weeks left!?
