alchemicinkIt's another rainy Sunday but I'm enjoying the cozy morning vibes at the moment. This past week was busy, so it's been nice to relax this weekend.
Now, onto the usual stuff:
I didn't get to read as much as I wanted (on account of being exhausted), but here are a few short fic recs:
I enjoyed this Kamen Rider Zeztz fic focused on Nem.
And here's a Star Trek Strange New Worlds fic about Ortegas! She's still my favorite 😊 And another Star Trek fic: a Starfleet Academy fic about That Scene with Jay-Den and Darem in episode 4
More recs next week probably.
I've been on a mini fic writing break this past week, but today I've been writing a little bit for the Tokufemslash prompt meme. I have three fills I definitely want to do (one is my own prompt as a birthday gift to me lol), so hopefully I can get them written soon!

TV stuff!
A short interview with Starfleet Academy actor George Hawkins (who plays Darem) here from Trekcore.
The weekly TV reviews are here. I'm watching Andor now!
I'm also slowly getting back to Gingaman. Episode 31 was great. Maybe I'll have a post sometime this week for this batch of episodes.

Offline life was busy and exhausting, as noted above. I had to make a bunch of phone calls for work, which gives me anxiety. And then I had a doctor appointment (just a checkup) which was fine but also gave me anxiety. And then I had to get my car's oil changed which gave me, you guessed it, more anxiety.
But I made it through it all in the end, so my brain has settled back down again. I treated myself to a celebratory milkshake yesterday 😂 And I'm gonna try a new recipe today and hope it goes well 🤞
This week should be a lot nicer. I certainly have better things to look forward to (birthday cake lol). Maybe I will even catch up on sleep!!
