Alphabetical fics

alchemicinkBeen seeing this go around (including from linky), and it looks so fun! I have a lot of weird and silly titles from over the years, so I'm excited to see these results. It is actually so hard to choose which fic to put for each letter 😂
Rules: How many letters of the alphabet have you used for [starting] a fic title? One fic per line, ‘A’ and 'The’ do not count for 'a’ and ’t’. Post your score out of 26 at the end, along with your total fic count.
A — All roads (eventually) lead to the regional office (Ultraman Arc)
B — Boots made for kicking (Killjoys)
C — Captain Janeway's guide to dealing with intruders on your ship (Star Trek Voyager)
D — Deep in the heart of Cheyenne Mountain (Stargate SG-1)
E — Etched (Yu-Gi-Oh, Ryou/Malik)
F — First rule of chess club (My Hero Academia)
G — Give or take a few centuries (My Hero Academia, Bakugou/Todoroki)
H — Haircare for Dummies (Yu Yu Hakusho, Botan/Shizuru)
I — I didn't choose the idol life, the idol life chose me (Hey Say Jump)
J — Just Me and Boo (My Hero Academia, Bakugou/Todoroki)
K — Kids These Days (Spiderman: Homecoming)
L — Lay your head down beside me (Denji Sentai Megaranger, Kenta/Kouichirou/Miku/Chisato/Shun)
M — Metamorphic (Avatar: The Last Airbender, Azula/Suki)
N — no medical degree necessary (Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, Bashir/Garak)
O — On my mind (Ultraman Arc, Yuma/Shu)
P — PSA: That Burning Sensation in Your Chest May be Love (My Hero Academia, Bakugou/Iida)
Q — A quick little wish (No. 1 Sentai Gozyuger)
R — rainwater running down her face (Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans, Kudelia/Atra)
S — Sleeping Beauty (Yu Yu Hakusho, Kurama/Hiei)
T — That one time the Elric Brothers got lost in Xing (Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood)
U — Umbrella (NCIS: Los Angeles)
V — Vulnerable (Kamen Rider Kuuga, Ichijou/Godai)
W — With feet planted firmly in the air (Hey Say Jump)
X —
Y — You reached out (Inuyasha, Sango/Miroku)
Z — Zero Percent (My Hero Academia, Bakugou/Todoroki)
That's 25/26 letters! (Although technically the Q title starts with an A! But if you sort the titles alphabetically, it pops up between P and R, so I'm counting it 😁) I currently have 338 fics posted. I'm surprised by the results 😂 and now I'm gonna have to think of a good X title...
Also, because this was so fun, here are a few general stats about my fic titles I noticed while I was doing this:
☆ Q and Z were the only ones with one fic. All the other letters were two or more fics
☆ The most common starting letter was S (39 fics) and the runner up was C (32 fics)
☆ I have 19 fics that start with a number. They're mostly old "5 times..." fics because I used to just slap that on as the title and call it a day. (My favorite one of these fic titles is 5 times Marcus and Sherlock talked about friendship in an elevator + 1 time it was a staircase)
☆ there are 3 fics beginning with a character's name (Captain Janeway, Chinen, and Iida Tenya)
☆ words that are used most frequently at the beginning of a title: Christmas (3 times), first (3 times), in (3 times), like (3 times), when (3 times), with (3 times), not (4 times), to (4 times), just (5 times), all (6 times)
☆ after all these years, my longest title still is Hey Say Jump and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day (Or how I learned to stop worrying and love the pun) (I'm not linking it because it was one of my earliest fics, and it's an awful crackfic no one should probably read now... 😂). Y'all can tell how much I love 1) stupid long titles and 2) parodying other more famous titles

These days I do a lot of prompt community fics so part of my process is looking up the word on an international poetry site to get ideas, so I usually grab a title from that. Kind of cheating I guess!
