Weekly summary: Dec. 29, 2024 - Jan. 4, 2025
Welcome to 2025! It's always weird when the year changes over in the middle of the week. Everything feels slightly off-kilter 😂
Anyway, work was incredibly quiet this week, so I was able to focus on some fun things.
Firstly, a ton of writing stuff!
I wrote two things for![[community profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/silk/identity/community.png)
toku100challenge. A Kamen Rider Kuuga fic (my first one) and an Ultraman Arc fic (who is surprised 😂). You can read the Kuuga fic here on DW or here on ao3. And the Arc fic is here on DW and here on ao3.
(The Arc fic is my 300th on ao3 🥳)
I also updated my post where I was keeping up with what fills I did for the first prompt table on Toku100.
With a new month beginning, I put together my writing goals for January.
And with a new year beginning, I put together my annual End of Year Fic Overview
And finally, I can share what I wrote for the tokusatsu holiday exchange!
☆ Warmest Wishes (Denji Sentai Megaranger, Miku/Chisato)
☆ A professional at work (Kamen Rider Ryuki, Kitaoka/Goro)
☆ A sparring partner (Ultraman Blazar, Emi/Anri)
☆ All roads (eventually) lead to the regional office (Ultraman Arc, Ban Hiroshi & the SKIP team)
☆ Just a little push in the right direction (Ultraman Arc, Yuma/Shu)
All of these were so fun to write! This was such a fun exchange to participate in 🥰

And speaking of Ultraman Arc, here is Ishido's diary for episode 23 😭😭😭 he cares so much for Yuma
(It's impossible for me not to ship him and Yuma at this point. I mean, I already was, but this just adds more fuel to the inferno tbh)
There was only the special recap episode that aired this week 😩 but we did finally get a preview for episode 24! Gonna be a wild ride to the finish line for this series, I think.

I'm participating insnowflake_challenge again this year. I've done challenge #1 and challenge #2 so far. I'm not sure I'm gonna do #3 just because I can't think of anything 😅
I haven't had time yet to browse through everyone else's posts yet, but hopefully will do soon! They're always so fun to read.

Still watching Abaranger and PGSM. I should probably make a separate, more detailed post soon. But I will say I was thrilled about the Kyoto two-parter (episodes 12 and 13) from Abaranger because I recognized several places I have actually visited!!! I just think that's really cool 🥰

Lastly, I got to visit my cousins and aunts and uncles yesterday. We had a late Christmas get-together. It's been a few years since we were able to coordinate a Christmas visit like that, so it was nice. Got to see all my cousins' babies who were absolutely adorable 🥰 We also got to eat a lot of good food 😁
But I was wiped out after all that socializing. I slept in way too late today 😅 oh well
